Bio

Rick Mora was born on February 1, 1975 in Los Angeles to a single mother who was only 15 at the time. Rick was raised until the age of 7 on a farm in Crescent City, CA near the Oregon border in what he has referred to as a “shack” with no electricity or bathroom and only a wood burning stove. At the age of 8, Rick and his mother moved in with his Grandmother in Hacienda Heights, CA.

He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Northridge in communication before trying his hand at modeling at the encouragement of a friend. Modeling launched Rick into commercial and print accounts like Toyota, Wilson Leather, KIA, Anson's, Wells Fargo Bank, Koff Beer and Bell Meat. Acting soon followed with small parts and voice overs. His role in Twilight: Breaking Dawn catapulted Rick’s popularity.

Additionally, Rick is an accomplished photographer and musician, as well as the author of his book, Codex of Awakening. Ever the philanthropist, Rick is involved in many worthy causes. Among them are Operation Autism, Project Kindle (helping handicap children), I Vote Campaign, MPFA Elderly Home Gift Baskets, The Heartfelt Foundation, Hounds and Heroes, and Husky Haven of L.A
